Reliability Analysis of Safety Automation Systems

This service involves the verification of SIL (Safety Integrity Level) or PL (Performance Level) for safety functions based on the documentation provided by the client, in accordance with the standards PN-EN 61508-2:2010, PN-EN 61511-1:2017, PN-E 50156-1:2015, PN-EN 62061-1:2023, and PN-EN ISO 13849.

Scope of the Service Includes:

SIL Verification for Process Installations – conducted in accordance with PN-EN 61508-2:2010 and PN-EN 61511-1:2017. The service includes reliability calculations for functions with assigned SIL 1 or higher, system architecture verification, and systematic error assessment. A report is issued as part of the service, required for the assessment of safety automation by UDT/CLDT.
SIL Verification for Energy Installations – conducted in accordance with PN-EN 61508-2:2010 and PN-EN 50156-1:2015. The service includes reliability calculations for functions with assigned SIL 1 or higher, system architecture verification, systematic error assessment, and evaluation of system behavior in fault conditions. A report is issued as part of the service, required for the assessment of safety automation by UDT/CLDT.
SIL Verification for Machinery – conducted in accordance with PN-EN 61508-2:2010 and PN-EN 62061:2023. The service includes reliability calculations for functions with assigned SIL 1 or higher, system architecture verification, and systematic error assessment.
PL Verification for Machinery – conducted in accordance with PN-EN ISO 13849-1:2016. The service includes reliability calculations for safety functions, category verification of the control system, and assessment of systematic errors.
